I had always thought becoming an estate agent sounded a very interesting job but due to my age and the fact that I had not worked for 15 years due to being a stay at home mum I would never of considered applying for this role.
However in January 2016 I walked into an estate agents to get some advice on a personal housing matter and walked out with a job offer, I have never looked back! I had previously worked in a customer service role before having children and had always enjoyed this part of the job. I love to build up working relationships with both our landlords and tenants to provide the best possible service to them
My estate agency career has always been in lettings, originally I started on the front end of lettings going out doing viewings and arranging tenancies and renewals.
I joined L & H in December 2020 to work in the property management dept which means I help look after all our managed properties, this role is mainly office based apart from property inspections.
I was promoted in January 2022 to a senior lettings co-ordinator and I am enjoying the new challenges in my career.
My interests outside of work are spending quality time with my family and friends and my Labrador Samson. I enjoy socialising, going out for meals, cinema, bowling and going on nice dog walks. I belong to a running club and I also enjoy going to the gym.
